03 Mandatory criteria of the Award:

1. The business owner or co-owner must be Vietnamese, including those who currently hold Vietnamese nationality, were born in Vietnam, or have at least one parent or spouse who is Vietnamese.
2. The business must have been officially established on or before December 31, 2024.
3. The business must have a place of operation/physical presence within the territory of Canada.

Any small and mid-sized business operating in Canada can be part of the People’s Choice Vietnamese Business Award! The business must be registered in Canada to be eligible. We welcome nominations from a variety of industries and sectors.

No problem! If your business is mobile and doesn’t have a fixed address, you can still participate and be nominated. Simply put the city and province in the nomination form and enter “N/A” for the address.
